Can anyone guide me in switching from TCS

I have 2.1 YoE, ReactJs, .NET Core (3TIER ARCHITECTURE), .NET MVC, Postgresql as a Developer. I have a good ATS Resume but even for the JD with 2 years experience when i have applied they are not responding. Recently the same resume got shortlisted in IBM and Infosys. IBM EXAM DONE WAITING FOR INTERVIEW & INFOSYS FILLED THE INTERVIEW SCHEDULE FORM 3 TIMES BUT NO REPLY OR INTERVIEW SCHEDULED DATE. Please guide me how much i can ask. Currently 4.32LPA, can i ask 11LPA ?
