You have to send resignation email to your manager and HR. And your work is done.
Rest your manage will initiate it in system and you will get checklist of seperation.

Go to ultimatix and search for Gems from enterprise search. Your manager rewards your gems and you can redeem them for gift vouchers. You can goto health insurance portal from ultimatix and avail TCS sponsored health checkup.
