Not just DNA most units are at 74-77% variable pay for outstanding rating. With a standard response from managed it’s just not based on your performance it’s based on company unit and your performance . So if our performance matters this little why put any extra effort. Definitely not for money
In the Offer letter there is a clause ..95% amount paid in equal months and rest 5% at the end of the year. Variable pay most of them got same, seems like your DNA.
Performance bonus and ex-gratia are different. Although it doesn't make much sense. Ex-gratia is something that you get 100% as mentioned in offer letter. Performance bonuses are something you definitely won't be getting 100% and it's based on unit Performance. Individual Performance has little to do with that. My unit got less than 60% this time while last time we got 78%. That's the best we could hope for. How Infosys calculates the % to be given is something I wonder
