Only solution is stricter labour laws. But in a country where the process itself is the punishment even that might not be a full fledged solution - for employees are already at the mercy of these giant corporations the day they start working

In our country ,inside judge's garage crores of rupees get burnt. Nothing happens. Law is kind of a joke ..everything can be purchased including judges
