It's all because of unemployment.. as every university knows if TCS is one company who helps them to show 100% placement. It's time to wake up.. if we are putting lots of effort into project completion then we require a good hike and payment.
It's management's responsibility to get the work done at low cost. As long as it's not impacting the business they should cut costs as much as possible. Be ready to pay from your pocket to keep your job in TCS and whatever is remaining you must contribute to the needy to support CSR activities and help build the Tata brand. Tu kya lekar aaya tha aur kya lekar jayega, sab mithya hai.
Beacuse they are Broke!
That's TCS's USP
It's not a TCS problem, it's your problem. When there are umpteen companies outside, why do you want to stick to TCS perpetually.
