Can anybody tell me exactly what role and salary I should expect after completing mba in core finance from sabbatical leave and I've 3 YOE prior to leave at BPO1 grade?

You will get 1 promotion guaranteed + few additional percentage of hikes. Also depends on the college. Certainly IIMA would fetch you a far higher salary

In tcs, you can get any role post MBA provided it's available at that point in time and you are able to crack interviews.

For finance MBA, you can try ERP functional roles, presales roles, bfm etc.

It’s depends on RMG but you can expect SAP FICO Functional Consultant
