Can anybody guide - Location change

Hey my base location is gurgaon. I need to change the location to hyderabad. Manager has told me will provide all the approvals needed. Really don’t have any idea about the same. Can anybody help me from where in ultimatrix need to apply the same and what are approvals will be required.
