Can any one please help me out from TCS. Everyday I am getting frustrated over here. I joined TCS in 2021
I joined TCS back in Dec 2021 because this was the only option I had.
Reason: I had some health issues in b.tech 2nd year and I have to take a break for one year.That's why I was not able to sit in 90% of the companies. Also the college was 3 Tier so mostly companies were offering 3-5 LPA. Out of which TCS gave me the chance to sit in the interview. But after 2.5 years of experience I am getting frustrated everyday because there is no challenging work. I have learnt so many skills on my own & I want to utilise those skills.
Can anyone please help to get the opportunity to sit in interview??
Don't mention your college anywhere in the resume, instead fill it with personal projects, GitHub links and Leetcode link. You won't be asked about it until the very end since you're an experienced candidate. Tell, only if asked. That too you can say like "I graduated in 2021". You're not lying, and you're not jeopardizing your opportunities.
