Trending @Cognizant; Can any one Confirm If Anyone can be Promoted from PA to A with 2 Rating in October Cycle

I joined Cognizant in 2022 July. I had 2 Rating for FY 2024. I was removed from that Project in Jan 2025. I have no Idea why they gave a 2 Rating to me . From February I have joined another Project, and Working there Since then.. Will I be eligible for Promotion in Oct as I have completed 3 years already. I don't want to maintain RTO for this quarter and get NOTHING in Return.. If only I'll be eligible I'll maintain RTO for this quarter.. Need to know clearly

I am not maintaining RTO either because similar stuff happened to me and i didn't get promoted. There's no promotion in sight either.

No 2 typically I'd say better look outside you've get 2 more years ratings so atleast 2027 if you've to ask for promotion

Yeah even if you have 5 previous 2 years if you get a 2 it's closed
