Can any company forcefully ask Any employee to serve 90days notice period? I am doing 71days, after that I can’t stay.literally torchtorchin

Yes they can legally, as during the start of employment they do mention these 90 days have to be served , if not then they can make you blacklisted..

So a better approach is to negotiate and ask them politely , they should be sure that you are having zero importance in company
