Trending @Infosys; Can an Offshore Employee work out of India?
My wife got an onsite opportunity for UK for about 8-9 months. And her company is ready to sponsor spouse visa. But my manager said, employees from offshore can't work out of Country. I am not having wfh. What can be done that allows me to work from different country?

Not allowed per policy. See if it’s a country where dependent can work. In that case look for project for that country.
