Can all of the issues in India be tied to lack of accountability?

Can we? We barely see accountability in anyone. I feel that all of our issues are because of this.

Not all but many can be. Also a sense of entitlement, lack of civic sense, wanting the comforts of the western countries but not changing our mindset to match theirs (caste superiority, fighting within ourselves which city is better, financial disparity, imbalanced gender ratios and treatment of women) over dependencies on parents and never holding them accountable or drawing a line when they are wrong… to name a few
