Please don’t hinder your growth just because another organisation is not providing WFH.

I have same background as of you in skill and have 3.2 years of experience.
I don’t think they will retain you.
But on other hand 60% is too less to make a switch right now in you career.
I got 110% with 3.2 years of experience.
I switched this month only.
If you want 60% in accenture you need to work for 4 years. Just move on.

They have an army of developers. They will replace you without a second thought.
Never take back your resignation even if counter offer is made. You will be treated as a traitor. And 60% is not less hike. For your experience you should go out and work from office to gain more experience
Accenture is very poor at retaining employees because management is too confident to think they will attract talent from outside.
They will not retain you
They will retain you woth max 35%
Depends on what's your role and what's the dependency on you in your project
