Trending @Accenture; Can Accenture fire PWD employees?

I wanted to seek your insights on whether Accenture can terminate employees who have health-related issues, particularly mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. If an individual is performing well in their role, it would seem unreasonable to let them go solely for this reason. However, considering scenarios like budget constraints or organizational restructuring, would employees facing such conditions be exempt or subject to the same criteria?

Nopes, I m PWD and have taken 3 months medical leave twice in last one year due to surgery. We are safe here
Accenture don't/can't fire PWD employees. Having depression and anxiety do not come under PWD (as far as I know).
Accenture can't fire PWD employees just for health issues. They have policies to protect them. 💪
