Trending @Accenture; Can a promotion nomination be finalized while I’m on notice period?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for insights on Accenture’s policy and real-world experience regarding promotions during a notice period. Here’s my situation:

Current status: I’ve officially submitted my resignation and am serving my notice period.

Supervisor update: I was recently informed that I’ve been nominated for a promotion, with official confirmation expected in 10–15 days.

Decision point: My supervisor also asked if I’d consider retracting my resignation (and at what counter-offer) to stay on.

Key question: In Accenture practice, if you’re in a notice period during promotion cycle, will the promotion still go through?
