"bit workaholic" is where you might be getting rejected - people who earn a lot already have money so they try to optimize for family time.
Depends on your looks too, unlike me, guys prefer looks over salary, so a more beautiful tcs girl weighs a better option to them. Someone even had this poll on gv.
Also depends on your past and trustworthiness - if guys sense the girl is lying, they might not be interested or if you were sexually involved previously with one or more partners then a girl with a better past might weigh a better option to them irrespective of your salary.
The parameters posted by you are the ones which you think define you but remember they might not be exactly the same parameters the person choosing you might take into account.

Get boy from faang/big4/automobile companies or business guys. They can match ur salary. Compatibility,caring unless u travel/spend time with guy u can't get what kind person is he.
If Arrange marriage look family background, guy attitude, understanding mindset in few meetings.
If love marriage choose a partner suitable for u. Date them all things are in ur hands.. fail or success.

I know one of my friend whose wife is in Amazon earning close to 1 crore, and my friend is earning 20 lakh. They are more compatible with each other. So I think at the end only compatibility matters and not how much one is earning
