Can 'A' company sabotage offer from 'B' company
Initially I had offer from 'A' company, and after 2 months when I had offer from 'B' company, I informed the HR of 'A' company that would be joining other company (also mentioned the name of company where i would be joining, I realised that I shouldn't have done that). So can the 'A' company somehow interfere with my joining in 'B' company?
Usually no, but you shouldn’t have ideally told about it.
Three years back, I got the offer from Capgemi with 55% hike. I have shown the same offer to wipro, they have given 82% (16% on Capgemini). I have shown the same offer letter to Capgemini. Capgemini hr said that he was ready to process for 100% hike(10% on highest offer). But he(CapG) did not send the revised offer letter. So, I joined wipro at that time.
Conclusion: if your project you are hired for is having the budget, they will release the revised offer letter.
