Hi All,

I have a question regarding employment transitions involving contractors.

Is it permissible for a Capgemini client to directly hire a Capgemini employee who is currently working with them as a contractor?

Are there any specific policies or guidelines around this scenario that one should be aware of?

Did anyone faced this situation, need confirmation on this please 🙏🏻

I think there is a clause that you can't work for the client for 1 year after leaving Capgemini. Please confirm it in the guidelines.

You can’t work for six months for client you need to talk to directors to allow you and give NOC to client
If your directors are good they would agree if not you will suffer in this shitty company and they earn in dollars on behalf of you
