The campus recruitment process that is going on for summer internships is insane. The talent team is literally forcing to hire majorly women from the campus. Final shortlists of hires from schools have like 90% to 95% girls. WTF is going on , have we gone too woke ??

In the name of Diversity, all they do is hire more girls, if the can't have religious or caste diversity, they should at least have regional diversity. But all they do is adopt shortcuts.

Sometimes I wonder about having a diversity of 50% in IT where the talent pool universally is 70% and 30 %, is it justified ?

If u r India u have no idea what's happening here, the company literally hiring them, neither they solved coding problems with very few test cases, and men even after solving all the test cases getting rejected, wtf happening to hiring nowadays
