Calls on sick leave
My manager has called me and asked me to login when I informed I was on sick leave. What can one do in such cases?
It was your mistake to receive the call..Dont apply sick leave if u are not sick.. and if u are really sick.. behave like one..😂😂 #no_offence
Do YOU always take sick leave when you are actually sick? We know how things work so dont teach me. Second of all I didn’t pick up. They have called me and then texted on WhatsApp. Dont try to teach others stuff in this way okay?
Don't pick up calls at once, always ignore the first time and call back after 10-15 mins, pretend you where busy. Try this trick everytime irrespective of you are working or not.
If it is a one off situation and the work was really important which can be done by you only then support your manager, if it has became a regular thing then highlight it, deny it and complain to HR or higher management if it repeats
It was indeed important but there are other resources too.. if they are not working its not my problem because here only who works is given work. And its completely unethical to distrurb on sick leave no matter how important is the work.
Apply leave in ultimatix and ignore . If they ask further say again that you are sick.

Don't pick up the call as you were sleeping after taking medicine and the phone was silent to avoid disturbance, next call manager after 4-5 hours.
Rule #1 No attending work calls on any leave days. Especially on a sick leave. Rule #2 if the manager spams you and you receive multiple calls, pull a UNO reverse card on that idiot when that person goes on leave/vacay.
