Calling to office

I am in Oracle health previous called cerner. They r calling to office, previously they told you can work remotely not an issue.

Exactly, same for me.... it's so difficult to travel to office everyday. Why are they making this so strict like we are children going to school.
You pay us for work, you need work, we will work.. no matter from home, from road, from space, should not affect organization unless work is getting affected..
Why these rules😭😭😭😭
