Trending @Cognizant; Calling employees to office in Severe Heatwave.

There should be some relief in extreme weather events. Most of the country in severe heatwave situation but Cognizant's nonsense policies are making employee's life miserable. IMD has suggested people to stay indoors. What if people get heatstroke while travelling to office? Who will be responsible for it.

True, but CTS will argue like they are providing cabs and AC's in office😃😃

They are just providing headaches and more n more reason to look outside. A company which doesn't care about people's wellbeing is not a company worth working for.

Trash management with zero logical reasoning. Someone asked the same question to one of the BU heads and his reply was "What would you have done during pre COVID era? Would you have worked from home everyday or taken leaves?"

What a crappy response. Management earns good amount of money. Not everyone can afford car(not on Cts payouts). These all are signs of a bad organization. They earn on us and torture us only.

If you argue like this then you will terminate.

I would rather leave such organization than stay! My life is more important to me than a doomed organization. And, FYI these all are tactics so that people leave on their own. This is not a healthy environment for anyone. People stay where they and their life is valued. If someone gets heatstroke then that person will suffer not cognizant. That's why these RTO mandates should be criticised.
