Is this really worth it after 2 years on intense project pressure?

Resigned from accenture in probation, LWD is in December. From my experience it is difficult to get a change of technology stack here, for promotions also nowadays it is becoming difficult since they want us to contribute more which is an unrealistic expectation. I have seen the same trends across all Big 4s

3.5 years total and 7.13 CTC??

I am having 3.3 yoe currently at cl 11, started as fresher in accenture and after getting 5.6% hike this cycle its has became 5.54 as fixed ctc.

Its not worth at all I know. I worked very hard in project even beyond working hrs nd on weekends still got 5.6% hike and 5.5% bonus, even lesser than ASEs

Same bro, have worked my ass off over the weekends, supported during release late nights but still got nothing
