Nomination list is from HR BU head etc
well, My HR and BU hardly know about my existence. I wonder why promotion is in their hands if the manager is solely responsible for rating ( which btw evaluates the performance for one entire year) doesn't make any sense to me
This is incorrect information HR and BU leaders are involved and HR is sending list to BU leads then BU lead is sending it further by giving approval. No involvement from HM from Q4 2024
But HCM are saying their is no nomination process it's all that comes from BU
Well my hm has lied to me before i don't really trust him unless it's in writing. I strongly believe NO hr is involved in this. I earlier asked one SR associate who's now onsite and i work with him frequently. He said HM is responsible for all the promotions( he himself has nominated his associates btw).
My HCM also told that nomination is in BU hand we haven't received any list nor we've any nominal option from our end
