Call from HR on WFO Policy

I am having my last working day in TCS on 14 March 2024 I am not going to the office, HR called me and saying I have not attended the office as per WFO policy in January month. Maybe in Future she will pin point for Feb as well. Do I need to worry ? Will they do any kind of deduction If I not go now and go only for laptop submission?
