Friday that guy called and said u need to complete mandatory courses

I gave a very strong reply-we have other bau tasks and it cannot be done based on your convenience,u even escalate to segment head ,I'm least bothered

I replied back in the chat where delivery partner itself is present

Senseless idiots,if they want associates to complete the mandatory training why they don't create this chat before holiday weeks
