Steps:

  1. Count the total working days in your location (excluding weekends).
  2. Subtract holidays (like Christmas or regional holidays).
  3. Multiply by 0.85 (round up if needed).

For example, if December has 22 calendar working days and 1 holiday (Christmas): Required Days = (22 - 1) × 0.85 = 17.85 ≈ 18 days.

RTO Percentage = (Days You Were in Office ÷ Total Working Days) × 100

If you worked 16 days and there are 21 working days (after excluding holidays): RTO Percentage = (16 ÷ 21) × 100 = 76%
