How to calculate the actual CTC if any other company asks for in an interview, should I do fixed base pay + 8% of variable pay(I got this in Dec 2024 and Jun cycle) or fixed base pay + 21% of variable pay

Fixed base pay + 21% of your base pay that is how they calculate.

But if other companies asks for proof of CTC, then I have only proof of Fixed Pay + 8 % variable pay. So, how 21% can be considered here?

So in your original offer letter they must have shared the compensation plan and conditions you can refer to them also. See your ctc is what they want to know and ctc is much better with 21%
