Hey, look who's back! Mr. Big Shot boss crawling to me. Remember when he stole my project? Said I wasn't up to snuff? Fast forward six months - what's he got? A big fat zero. Brought in five so-called experts. Result? Still zip, zilch, nada. Now he's begging me to rescue his sorry behind. Guess who's eating humble pie now? Not me! 😂 Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Karma's a real joker, ain't it? From "you can't hack it" to "please save me" real quick. Watch him squirm as he asks for help. Priceless! Might need a bigger slice of that humble pie, boss man. 🥧

hmm, thats the problem. I am not generalising it but my experience with old timers (10+ years in TCS) is very bad. Technical ppl lost or didnt learn/enhance their skills and Managers dont know how to manage as they are not aware whats happening around.

I would say play with them ask for the raise. That's how they with the employees at their low.
