
C4 to C5 - Any positives?
I feel there is no point in getting promoted from C4 to C5 as there is hardly any hike and also no qva it becomes annual anyway we are not getting VA due to business performance. Also by default heallth plan is changed to platinum plus...while the coverage is good premium is almost 75k per year including parents..this also getting deducted from monthly salary? So almost it is same as C4 or less. Moreover it will be tough to get projects for C5 as u will consume more budget..only Swon based roles are possible?

how much exp needed for c4 and c5 ??? what kind of roles fall into this ??

Mostly large program management, Delivery Management, Business relationship manager, Client Partner, Technology head, consulting partner etc

@GlassWarning Since you are at the top level, can you please tell if the C2 promotion window will open in Q2 and will we get annual appraisal hike by that time - Q2?

Even I said C4 is also not good. Employees who are in C3 A & C3B are much better that C4 & C5
