C4 maximum salary
1.What's the maximum ctc offered for lateral c4 ? Does it cross 50 lpa? And what's the yoe required for c4 grade?
2.Does delivery partner grade associates come under C4?
As EP for C4, you should look forward for anything above 45 lpa.
It can cross 50 lpa based on your negotiation, or their immediate requirement if any due to new technological expertise or may be to compensate any other offer letter basis on which you can try

Yes .DP is a role. It is not dependent directly with grade. Delivery partner comes in that grade. But they may be C3B as well who have recently been made DP, or C4 with few years of DP exp or C5 who has been DP of big account and may be looking forward for Delivery Head role.
Come on 90% of these DPs are old timer tcs. No way they are making 50 lpa. I don't see DP being hired from outside because in tcs sr leadership roles are mostly given to the long time old folks
