C4 letters released .. how much hike did you get?

C4 in our vertical getting 14 LPA.. believe it or not. In TCS for last 19 years with total 23 YOE,but complete junk. Why TCS is not taking action, either keep it and give them goals to learn/enhance their skills or just move them out. They will never be helpful in org growth.

2.5% with 20 years of exp and A band. 12+ years in TCS.

0.6% for C band

C4.. 2% hike with B band.. annual BoB got decremented marginally.. within BoB whatever increment was there in HRA got balanced out due to reduction in personal allowance.. anybody else observing similar cases ?
