I got a 4.35 IPF rating. Now D band. When I asking for the reason with delivery head, it's because of WFO policy not maintained minimum hours if office. Where I used to do swipe in and out. But no warning from HR or management, even though no dedicated ODC but still use to maintain WFO index. Is this justified to give very low band for this reason?
