C3B will get hike or not this year ? Please confirm senior management

I am really amazed that you are asking this question ? C3B and above only layoff and there is plan to layoff 25% off C3B and above . No one is safe be it high performer or low performer . I have seen A rater also being asked to resign because he was not on T&M project .

I don't think so. They are going to fire most of them.

C3B+ should consider their next monthly salary as their hike, and so on for every month. That's how I am considering it for myself.

If you can, change job, you will get hike by changing. I have seen people with 20 years of experience change jobs. It's challenging not impossible.

As a C4, I hope we get some hike but i am not betting on it.
