C3B Unallocated

Hi, anyone here C3B grade associates reporting to rmg? Please let me know how was the situation. I am on bench its been 15 days, getting calls showing my interest and they are shortlisting but not giving allocation heard that for c3b allocation needs approval from higher management. Any thoughts?
