C3B to C4 promotion

TCSr, hope all are doing good. Can someone please let me know C3 B to C4 promotion process, who to reach out,is there any criteria for promotion. Or promotion cycle, is that Manual process or in system also can I raise this.

Your current CTC is much more than other C3B who are working from last decade in TCS.

And Promotion is depends on Unit budget.. so forgot about your promotion 😊

It's a reality.. even your DP/SDM raising your promotion HR will not approve it ( in backdoor Your manager will align with HR for ignore that request)

No bro I am also on the same boat in terms of salary, thought if promotion happen then may be will get something, appraisal you know we don’t get anything
