C3B to C4 Band Progression

Nobody cares about the time you spend in a particular grade. They clearly say in their policy, just because you spent so and so many years in a grade does not make you eligible for the next promotion.

What if suppose someone joined after 15 yrs exp at C3B then

To get into C4 you need to show impact in revenue even though you spent 4-5 years in C3B
