C3B to C4 promotion, during how many years it will be done? What is process and any pre requisite to be done ? What is range of Hike percentage

Why get promotion early? Journey in IT is getting shorter and shorter. Promotion would make it even shorter.

Because without prescription no hike . Tcs gives only 2-4 percentage annual hike

Ut takes time upto 5 years, hike will be 15% , but upto 10% hike will go to QVP.
