C3B salary structure in TCS ?

Can people share what salary C3B get in TCS so I can decide if I should ask for promotion or not. Because I have heard that only 30-35% variable is given in C3B since last year.

Last quarter for c3a qva 60% but c3b I got 35℅

Yes I heard the same from existing seniors and my opinion is becoming like their is no point getting or asking for promotion. As many say in social media promotions have dryed up.

May be I will see how much I get benefitted by completing wings 2. Already at pp1 gate

For example if you get A band till C3A 7% increment if company decides then for c3b and above it will be 5℅ for same A band due to senior

Is retention incentive applicable till C3A? Is there a way we can remove this from the pay structure?

Yes it is there in my structure. I am not sure how we can remove it. But good question.

From c3a to C3B you will get approx 2lakh as hike but after that yearly compensation will be reduced by 2℅ irrespective of band and also variable will also reduce
