Real case in our vertical 1- C5 getting 35 LPA , C3B getting 48 LPA 2- same C3B reporting to same C5 3- C3B has excellent skills and lateral hire 4- C5 lost all his skills as he is an old timer, but he is master in playing politics , showing "doglapan" and know how to save his @$$

TCS lateral entry grade should be min C4. Do not join below that grade.
We can't actually answer this question. It depends on people who joined 5 to 10 yrs back, and people who have joined during Carona time which Huge hikes, and people who have joined recently.
Don't compare with these surveys.
If you really want to join TCS, just check with the current pack and with your other offers that you got.
Can we also add sub survey around this to see what is experience level, lateral hire etc
U will colors immediately after first year saying not hike for laterals .. 2nd year 5% that too variable component they will increasing n won’t give variable..
im in the 30-35 bracket .. joined as a lateral 5 yrs ago though
