C3B salary in TCS Hyd

So this fellow said he has a CTC of close to 30L in 15 yrs(throughout TCS, no switch). He works in one of the SAP tools.

Is this possible? And is this a good CTC?

Not possible, he could have got offline salary revised for any counter offers

But if he got wings2 hike, and afterwards if he gets promotion and good annual hike, these hikes would be more and also impact his CTC right?

Seems unrealistic even with wings 2, generally people with this much experience in tcs would have 1.5 into the number of years salary. Maybe his salary would have been rationalized due to a variety of reasons.

Ok, any idea on avg salary of TCSer after 15 years?

If I calculate with 1.5, that comes at 22L, would TCS pay that much? I thought it would be even lesser than that!!

Right. Indeed he cleared wings2. But wings2 gets only 6/7 Lakh right. I still felt it was high considering 15 yrs in TCS itself.
