C3B resource who joined post Covid at higher risk for layoff . Management intentionally releasing them from project but later they are not approving there allocation for new projects so that as per policy they can force them to resign within 35 days.
True same happened with me. On second Day of my bench period cleared client interview, Manager confirmed me as selected and said that I am confirmed for his project and I can inform the same to other accounts
He pushed for approvals but could not give allocation, but kept messaging me on whatsapp personally to let me know that he was striving hard to close allocation
Without involving rmg, I got into other account
And almost after a month passed that previous manager told me that he got the approval and I politely declined him saying I already got a project
But won code require rmg approval .. we can't bypass that
I think even C3A are also in danger. They are mercilessly removing people from even billable roles and heard also that they are not approving new allocation. Very much concerning and unethical from TCS.
I am C3B resource, was released from the project on 31st July, but managed to get the project just because I work in legacy technology and they were not able to find any person from the past 8 months. So got ISU head approval andthe allocated on just a few days back. 🤐🤐 finally. During those unallocated days, I felt like I was in 2021, lying on the COVID death bed.
I can't understand how can they release you. I see C3 people have lot of dependency in my project
Till Covid time c3b maximum cost in tcs was 12 to 18 lakhs . After Covid it reaches close to 30. Hope u understood the reason
They want C3B in T&M roles where margin is high or as project managers.
I am still not able to understand why somebody on a customer billable position be removed when they are earning for tcs already ? Filling the same position with low wage resource is not easy. Skilled resources are still not abundant in tcs
Thousands of C3B are there who joined post Covid? All will be laid off?
