C3B promotion hike
Hi All, Can anyone help me with the tentative increment amount or percentage of hike that one should expect with C3A to C3B promotion.
Yeah, I know. But my confusion is I got prom6otion and wings2 pp1 Milestone 2) completion letter in the same month. Not able to understand even though I got an increment for both or TCS applied some 2 in 1 cost cutting.
Pp1 incentive will show as a separate item, though there is also a small increase in quarterly and monthly variable becuase of pp1
Across grades promotion hole is 15%, if you had received more than that then PP1 is extra, if not they combined both and gave just 15%
Variable pay will attract more money. Ok paper looks good but not in hands.

Any update, when does promotion window opens ??
Wings2 PP1 - when did you attend the interview and when did you receive the completion email.
If you have received the completion email on or after April, you are yet to receive Wings hike email
Ohh okay, I never had anything like incentive mentioned in payslip. I will have to raise GHD it seems to understand this dispute.
