C3B Promotion

Does anyone know C3A to C3B promotion cycle opened? What will be the benefits in C3B compared to C3A?

5 months before I got my C3B promotion. 13% hike. But maxm amount added in QVA. Hence not much difference in take home salary. Also at least for C3A grade I used to get 60 to 80% of QVA. Post this promotion , QVA was 30%. But work vice expectations will be more for that grade..
