C3B Project allocation

Totally disagree, Im C3B and recently join one of the project. And also getting many calls for allocations.

If you have good skills then you will be safe otherwise you can get released and I know 2 account from where 7 got released from allocated project with one manager and this month will be LWD for them in TCS, I was also part of that but got allocated due to technical skills sets (Java Microservices aws azure cicd SRE and Mobile development) Note: whoever is saying no , it’s not happening , I think they have not been RMG last 1 months

As per our project guidelines there cannot be more than 1 C3B allocated, due to margin issue they don't allow

Its not true

It's nothing other than fluidity list, TCS would be applying multiple algorithms and take out expensive resources and show the door. The fluidity guys will not be getting any project call.

Depends on multiple factors like your precious band, your package , and the demand for ur skill which seems to be good

I heard the same, trying to replace with lower grade.
