Hahahaha yeah I think I had the same thought, how could people even expect something like that looking into TCS managemnet

Forget any promotions, people with C3A and above should feel lucky as they are still in tcs, because they are going to target more and more associates for layoffs. Till then it is better to prepare for a job switch rather than appraisals otherwise sooner or later you could be their next target.
