C3B: Got C this time with 4.18 IFP

So I got C band this first time since I joined TCS 3 years back. I was working with manage in Gurgaon and was getting B but sadly got aligned with Chennai team and managed to get C, despite having 4.18 IPF.

My work is routine scrum master role managing multiple scrum teams but less visible at TCS as I work with client teams all the time.

Any idea what percentage of people land in C band at C3B level.

What's done is done, but I don't want it to become a routine. Need suggestions on what can be done to improve my band next time.
