C3B get appraisal or not..

No , tcs is trying to reduce senior employees as most of the work is done by C3A and below as per management. So rather than waiting for a hike, just pray that we are not in the upcoming fluidity list because most of them will include C3A+

They are planning to reduce C3B and above count. Don't expect a hike instead expect a termination 😂😂

No plan to give hike or any compensation.... its better to find any other company
