C3B+ Associates: How are we feeling about this appraisal cycle?
With the current appraisal cycle closing, I wanted to check the pulse of the C3B and above community. After being skipped for hikes in the last cycle, what are your expectations this time around?

frustrated badly, adding to this tcs is offering 44 lpa to 12 plus years c3b candidates and hiring them from other companies (one of my friend got)
Fully frustrated, this is going to happen, TCS has to offer captive/product based companies salaries to get candidates to join. Even if they offer these salaries, very few will actually join
Really frustrating, getting mail from HR to complete self evaluation for FY26 while no update for last FY.
No expectations other than to be left alone and not get fired indiscriminately.
TCS has lost its credibility, and I do not see a very long term future with TCS.
I am actively searching for opportunities and connecting with old contacts to get a job opening elsewhere.
It's like caught inside the war zone .. you are made weak and expecting bombing anytime but everyone around you lives normally. Life moves on. Survival matters for some..
I got 1585 INR in my revised compensation letter per annum hike to my salary. That's merely 0.01% 😁 A rating. I lost hope in TCS. Am upskilling now and am gonna switch back to TECHM or any other company. I bought 172 crores of business to TCS last year. I got nothing now. Am feeling humiliated.
