C3B associates - are they getting hike or fired ?

Whoever is not getting a hike (lower bands, C3B+ grades) is getting a very clear message from the organisation - that you're neither essential nor welcome at the organisation. If you don't exit voluntarily , you may be dumped unceremoniously. Capable people should take the cue and act accordingly.
